When is THRIVE IN 2025 and what time does it begin??
The event will be held on Friday, February 14th, 2025 at Scene75 - 460 S Weber Rd, Romeoville, IL. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am, and Dennis' presentation begins at 8:15 am.
Who is Dennis Snow?
Dennis Snow is a well-known expert in customer service and leadership, with a particular focus on creating exceptional customer experiences. He is best known for his work with The Walt Disney Company, where he spent over 20 years in various roles, including serving as a Disney Institute trainer and customer service consultant. During his time at Disney, he was deeply involved in training Disney employees (cast members) to deliver the world-class service that Disney is famous for.

Scene75 is an entertainment and family fun center offering a variety of activities for guests of all ages.
