This exclusive invitational is part of a national series of amateur golf tournaments and is the largest sponsored amateur charity golf event in the world! The winners of this tournament will be invited to compete in the National Finals to be held at the world-renowned Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO!
What is The Applied Underwriters Invitational?
The Invitational provides players an opportunity to compete in a top charity event in golf. Members of the winning team will be invited to compete in the Applied Invitational National Finals at Big Cedar Lodge. Other top teams will win prizes from our national sponsors: Cobra Puma Golf, Popticals, Bridgestone Golf, Bass Pro Shops, and The Experience St. Andrews.
Golfers of all skill levels are encouraged to participate in this nationwide scramble series. Participants can form their own team or be placed with other participants. Teams must consist of four amateur players whose combined USGA Handicap Index totals 43.0 strokes or more. Only one member of a team may have a USGA Handicap Index of 8.0 or less. However, all four players may have USGA Handicap Indexes higher than 8.0. These team formation requirements provide everyone with a chance to win.
When is The Applied Underwriters Invitational and what time does it begin?
The Invitational will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Bolingbrook Golf Club - 2001 Rodeo Drive, Bolingbrook. Registration begins at 8:30 am and the shotgun start is at 10:00 am. Please note that this is a rain or shine event.
